お香文化の起源ともなった「沈香」
その中の最高級品であり幻の香原料「伽羅」の香りを、再解釈し幾度も試作を重ね上げ、感覚と技術と共に紐解いた。

視覚的に捉えることのできない香りを、共通言語で語ることが難しいことで、沈香を手掛かりに歴史を辿ってみると、香料の質やその効能について語られているものは多く存在するが、その香りについての記述は曖昧なものが多い。

香木特有の深い重厚感をベースに、それとは真逆の繊細なヴェールが揺蕩うような浮遊感を共存させ、アクセントにBlack Pepperを用いて辛味と香りに芯を持たせた、神秘的で幽玄で奥深さがある香り。
